The Survivor higher or lower game. Two real castaways, one stat, one question: who ranks higher? Pick right to keep your streak alive, pick wrong and the run is over.
Every matchup is drawn from the 751-castaway dataset that powers the rest of the site, and the numbers are real. It is just for fun, not a ranking or prediction.
How to play
Each round shows two castaways and a stat category. Tap the castaway you think has the higher value. Correct guesses extend your streak and bring in a new matchup; one wrong guess ends the run. Your best streak is saved in your browser so you can try to beat it.
Within a run the game never asks about the same castaway and stat twice, the returning castaway is placed on the left or the right at random, and nobody stays on for more than two rounds. Every reveal prints both numbers and links both castaway profiles.
Stat categories
- Total days played. Career days survived across every season.
- Seasons played. How many times a castaway was cast.
- Days per season. Total days divided by seasons played, so a returnee who went out early cannot coast on their first run.
- Individual immunity wins. Career individual immunity challenge wins.
- Hidden idols found. Career hidden immunity idols found. Only asked between two castaways who played from season 11 on, the first season an idol existed.
- Jury votes received. Votes to win at a final tribal council. Only asked between two castaways who received at least one.

How do you play Outlasted?
You are shown two real Survivor castaways and one stat category, such as total days played or individual immunity wins. Pick the castaway you think ranks higher for that stat. Which stats does the game compare?
The game rotates through 6 categories: total days played across a castaway's career, number of seasons played, average days per season, individual immunity wins, hidden immunity idols found, and jury votes received at a final tribal council.
Are the stats real?
Yes. Every number comes from real Survivor data for these 751 castaways. The matchups are randomized, but each round only pairs castaways with a clear difference, so there are no unfair ties, and a category is only asked between two castaways who both had the chance to score on it.
Does it ever ask the same thing twice?
No. Within a run the game records every castaway and stat it has already put on screen and never measures that pair again, so a long streak keeps introducing new numbers instead of re-asking what you just proved you know. Which side the returning castaway sits on is a coin flip, so position never gives the answer away.
Is this the same as Survivor Higher or Lower?
Yes. Outlasted is the name of the game; it is the higher or lower format played over real Survivor career stats, and it lives at the same address it always has.
Does the game contain spoilers?
It only uses completed seasons and never reveals results from a season that is still airing, so there are no live-season spoilers.
