The “best job” depends on whether you mean volume or efficiency
Business & finance leads the raw winner count, but raw totals reward categories that contain more contestants. Among categories with at least 20 contestants, Business & finance has the highest win rate at 14.9%.
Occupation is also a noisy proxy. “Manager,” “entrepreneur,” and “consultant” can describe radically different skills and life histories, while a memorable television-ready job title may be chosen because it reads cleanly on screen.

What we counted
We mapped occupation text into 13 broad families using keyword rules, then counted unique contestants and unique winners in each family.
Read this with care
Occupation labels are self-reported, inconsistent in specificity, and simplified here. This analysis is descriptive and the categories are editorial, not official Survivor groupings.
